Caffeine warning
The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and, occasionally, rapid heartbeat.
Do not use
- in children under 12 years of age
- as substitute for sleep
Stop use and ask a doctor if
- fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to recur

OTC - KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN SECTION
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222).
Directions
| adults and children 12 years of age and older | take 1 tablet (200 mg) not more often than every 3 to 4 hours |

- store at room temperature
- avoid excessive heat (greater than 100°F) and humidity
- do not use if inner pouch or carton is open or damaged

Inactive ingredients
croscarmellose sodium may contain, colloidal silicon dioxide , D&C yellow #10 , dicalcium phosphate dihydrate , FD&C blue #1 , FD&C yellow #6 , hypromellose , magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol , povidone , sodium starch glycolate , sucrose , titanium dioxide .
