administration of this Mixed Gas and is familiar with the indications, effects, dosages, methods,

and frequency and duration of administration, and with the hazards, contraindications, and side

effects and the precautions to be taken. WARNING: HIGH PRESSURE OXIDIZING GAS.

VIGOROUSLY ACCELERATES COMBUSTION. CAN INCREASE RESPIRATION AND

HEART RATE IF CARBON DIOXIDE CONTENT EXCEEDS 5 PERCENT. Secure cylinder in storage

and use. Keep oil and grease away. No smoking in cylinder area. Store and use with

adequate ventilation. Open valve slowly. use only equipment cleaned for oxygen

service and rated for cylinder pressure. Close valve after each use and when empty. Use

in accordance with Material Safety Datga Sheets. CAUTION: Rx ONLY. Return with 25 PSIG

Pressure. CAUTION: USE NO OIL ON VALVE OR CONNECTION. TRANSFILLING OF THIS GAS
