- shake well before using
- dispense a golf ball size amount in to hands
- rub until dry

For external use only.Flammable. Keep product away from flame or high heat. Contents under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate.
Stop using and ask a doctor, if irritation and redness develop or increase.
