Active Ingredient

PHENOL 1.5%

Purpose

EXTERNAL ANALGESIC

Uses

for temporary relief of pain and itching associated with

• minor burns
• minor cuts
• insect bites
• minor skin irritations
• scrapes
• sunburn
• eczema
• poison ivy

Warnings

For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes

Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms

• worsen
• persist for more than 7 days
• clear up the recur within a few days

Do not

• apply over large areas of the body
• bandage

Keep out of reach of children.In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Directions

• For adults and children 2 years and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily.
• For children under 2 years of age: Consult a physician.
