Dosage

One sachet (5.5 gms.) of Super Fiber Ispaghula 2 to 3 times a day or as directed by the physician.

Direction for use:

To make a pleasant orange high fiber drink, briskly stir 1 sachet (5.5 gms) of Super Fiber Ispaghula into a glass of water (approx. 250 ml) and drink straight away, prefereable after meal. An additional glass of water is advisable.
